Choose the right payment method for your order
At Servirea mesei | HoReCa Shop, you can pay for your orders using secure methods suitable for both current purchases and professional orders for restaurants, hotels, cafes, and other HoReCa locations.
Available methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery country, order value, and products ordered.
Online card payment
You can pay online with a bank card accepted by the payment processor available at checkout.
Payment is authorized upon order completion, in the currency displayed for the selected market. Complete card details are securely processed by the payment provider and are not fully stored by our store.
Google Pay
Google Pay may be available for compatible devices, browsers, and cards. If this method is eligible, the option will automatically appear at checkout.
Cash on delivery
If the option is available for your selected country and delivery address, you can pay for your order upon receipt of the package.
The amount to be paid is that confirmed in the order summary. Accepted payment methods upon delivery may depend on the services offered by the courier.
Bank transfer or payment order
Orders can also be paid by bank transfer, based on the information communicated after placing the order or through the commercial documents sent.
For quick payment identification, please mention the order number in the transfer details. Order processing and dispatch will be done after payment confirmation, unless other commercial conditions have been agreed upon in writing.
Order currency
For orders from Romania, prices and payments are displayed in RON.
For orders from Bulgaria, prices and payments are displayed in EUR.
The currency and final order value are displayed before payment confirmation.
Order invoicing
The invoice is issued using the data entered when placing the order. For orders placed on behalf of a company, please verify the company name, tax identification number, registered office, and other billing information before finalizing.
Problems with payment
If the online payment is not authorized or the order remains pending, please check the entered data and the availability of funds, or contact the issuing bank.
